Stumbi is a SIMBL plugin that allows Safari to bookmark and rate pages for StumbleUpon. While the pre-compiled binary costs $2 for continual use, the source code is free (though the licensing is not clear).
A bug in the previous version where one would get the same page multiple times has been fully resolved.
