Double-tapping with two fingers zooms Safari to that element similar to MobileSafari on iOS. Pinch to zoom now zooms smoothly instead of in steps.
Giving in to the natural scrolling was painful for a few hours, but worth it. It's nice to think of the computer screen/trackpad the same way as an iPad or iPhone. Being able to carry over the same gestures saves brain cells.
