WebDevAdditions is a SIMBL plugin, which adds options to the Edit menu for web developers. This is something Safari has been needing for some time. Firefox has the excellent 'Web Developer Extension", and hopefully this will grow to match it.

Javascript Console Disable Images Show (outline) tables, block elements, forms and links Show image dimensions Outline or toggle visibility of custom tags and links. Special "space table cells mode" - similar to Macromedia Dreamweaver function. toggle/view stylesheets disable/outline custom tags find links without title attributes Press shift + ctrl and start hovering with your mouse over various elements on webpage. Each element is outlined and you should see a little info about this element. Hide background images new expanded "hover" feature: press and hold control + shift and hover over page items to see item style and element hierarchy. Click while holding down these keys and hovering over an item to see the "js_address" (getElementsByTagName) of that item, ready to use in your javascript code. Select this item from the contextual menu to have it copied to the clipboard. Ability to make the entire page editable "Commands panel" enables instant access to functions * New feature: Preferences panel for setting keyboard shortcuts for WDA commands Ability to view the source code in an external text editor (definable in "Preferences"). You can now view and outline image dimensions New "hidden tab preview" - view contents of hidden tabs in a small pop up window by hovering pointer over tab
