Tabbed browsing is great for keeping the desktop uncluttered, but perhaps not for much else. And if you open too many windows, it is inevitable that you will lose track of which windows you've got open. And the short snippet of the title in the tab doesn't help much either.

Apple introduced Exposé with OS X Panther and tabbed browsing in Safari 3, but ne'er the twain shall meet. At least not without the help of TabExposé by Cocoamug Software.

TabExpose comes to the rescue with an Expose-like view of all of the tabs in the current window. You can access it with a configurable hotkey or a button in the browser toolbar.

Tab Expose Options

If you have trouble getting it working, be sure to check the user manual for a few configuration options. There are some OS X settings that you may have customized that can get in the way. (Notably if you remove the Expose hotkey for Applications).
