Safari AdBlock is an extremely effective and simple ad-blocking plugin. If you are looking for fine-tuned control of how websites present advertising to you, you're better off using PithHelmet. But if you had rather plug something in and forget about it, AdBlock is for you.

All online ads are resources, such as images, flash animations, or scripts, whose URLs follow regular patterns. Safari AdBlock lets the Adblock Plus team do the hard work, using its maintained lists of such resources. Installation results in an AdBlock pane in the Safari preferences panel. Here, you can enable or disable the plugin, subscribe to lists corresponding to your chosen languages, and most recently, you can add custom filters of your own. Changes for 0.3.2:
