If you happen to be a long-time fan of PimpMySafari and have been paying attention, we started the process of a redesign here on PimpMySafari about six weeks ago.
We started by putting out the feelers for a designer who was up to the task. This tweet by Brett Terpstra produced contact with the very talented Leanda Ryan Graphic Design
who took on the task.

The result of Leanda's hard work is what you see here.
(Note: Any bad links or missing content totally are my fault. I decided to push it live sooner rather than waiting to make sure we've got all the kinks worked out. Iterate...iterate...iterate.)
The logo was commissioned on Crowdspring.com and while there were many amazing entries, I decided this one was not only awesome, but a fitting tribute (a hat tip if you will) to the previous PimpMySafari logo.
We're excited about the new developments happening in Safari 5 and the community of extension developers that is forming.
We're committed to promoting the excellent work of the new extension developers as well as the old Safari plugin developers and will otherwise be continuing to write about all things Safari browser.
