Gmail Checker Safari Extension

Extension: Gmail Checker Author: Victor Andrée | website |Download Requires: Safari 5.0+ with Extensions enabled Description: One of my favorite plugins so far is the Gmail Checker, and makes me want to fire up Chrome just a little less.

It shows a Gmail button in the toolbar along with the current count of unread messages. (Ahem, who is this with 1420 unread messages?)

And if you hover over the button, you get a list of the latest messages in your inbox.

Configuration allows you to customize the update interval, and even specify your domain if you use Google Apps for your domain.
