AutoPagerize has existed for a long time as a GreaseMonkey script and FireFox add-on and now it makes its way to Safari via the new extensions feature.
There is no interface to AutoPagerize, it just works when it can which, according to the author, is on over 1,000 sites. The full database of sites that AutoPagerize supports is here. You can add your own sites. (The wedata.net site is, as one would hope, AutoPagerize supported).
AutoPagerize is pretty cool if only for browsing Google search results.
There are a few options available, to set whether a message bar is displayed when the next page is loading as well as some regular expressions to exclude patterns, I guess if you don't want AutoPagerize to do its thing on certain sites.

This extension eases life of web developers and seo specialists a lot. Pagination offers better usability as for me in most cases and great to have extension helping you in this process. I am considering pagination at http://cheapessaywriter.net/ as soon as more pages are created.
