I've been torn between trying to report on every amazing extension that I see (dozens a day), improving the site, and writing good quality stuff.
In trying to find a good solution for developers to submit their extensions (or users who find them first), I started with a forum. Forums have their place, but I wanted something that's more dynamic with voting, community, tags, lists, etc. etc.
Pimp It! is a Digg-style resource for anybody to submit anything Safari: Extensions, news, how-tos, great blog posts, and more. It's based on the awesome tool, Pligg.
It's damn ugly for now. It still needs design work. I wanted to get it out there and working before I spend forever on design. I'm a push little changes and iterate kind of developer. Plus I can't design my way out of a paper bag, so I need help with that.
This blog will become a place for me to post about the great stuff that I find from the Pimp It! submissions.
Please jump in and submit your Safari related stories and resources.
